Introducing Max
Max Thiriot is the director of MT Land Ltd who has worked full-time solely in the property industry focusing on residential properties and development since achieving a business and marketing diploma in 2013.
Max started his career joining Michael Graham Estate Agents primarily working on selling residential properties and land. Having exceeded multiple targets and achieving the ‘best new starter’ award throughout the whole of the organisation, Max moved on to focus on residential and mixed-use land acquisitions.
Max went on to join Taylor French Developments, an award-winning developer / contractor where he continued his impressive track record as a Land Manager leading and assisting residential and mixed-use acquisitions and primarily affordable housing package deals in North London, Home Counties and the Midlands. Max understood the importance of tailored advice and gaining knowledge of all aspects of development and went on to obtain site and construction management accreditation.
Max is also fluent in French and has dealt with many international clients in France, involving a number of large commercial projects.
In his spare time, Max enjoys spending time with his family, golf and football.
